(apec x asean). ©2026 World Economic Forum วันที่ 24 มิถุนายน 2569 นายไชยชนก ชิดชอบ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม (ดีอี) เข้าร่วมเสวนา (Panelist) ในหัวข้อ “APEC, ASEAN and the Art of Alignment” ภายใต้การประชุม Annual Meeting of the New Champions 2026 ของ World Economic Forum (WEF) ณ เมืองต้าเหลียน สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ซึ่งเป็นเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองกับผู้นำภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และผู้กำหนดนโยบายจากนานาประเทศเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการเสริมสร้างความสอดประสานระหว่างกรอบความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจระดับภูมิภาค

ในการเสวนา นายไชยชนก ได้กล่าวเน้นย้ำในประเด็นสำคัญว่า ประเทศไทยมองกรอบความร่วมมือ APEC และ ASEAN เป็นกลไกที่มีบทบาทเกื้อหนุนซึ่งกันและกัน โดย APEC มีจุดแข็งในการขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือในมิติที่กว้างและครอบคลุม ขณะที่ ASEAN มีความเข้มแข็งในการสร้างความร่วมมือเชิงลึกและการดำเนินงานที่ใกล้ชิดระหว่างประเทศสมาชิก ทั้งสองกรอบจึงสามารถเสริมพลังร่วมกันเพื่อส่งเสริมการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจ ความมั่นคง และความยั่งยืนของภูมิภาคเอเชีย-แปซิฟิก

(apec x asean). ©2026 World Economic Forum ขณะเดียวกันความท้าทายจากปัญหาอาชญากรรมทางไซเบอร์และการหลอกลวงออนไลน์ ได้สร้างความเสียหายทางเศรษฐกิจอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อหลายประเทศในภูมิภาค เช่นเดียวกับประเทศไทยที่กำลังเผชิญปัญหาดังกล่าว และได้ดำเนินมาตรการเชิงรุกเพื่อป้องกันและปราบปรามอาชญากรรมออนไลน์ จนสามารถลดความเสียหายจากคดีออนไลน์ลงได้อย่างต่อเนื่องในช่วงที่ผ่านมา และพร้อมขยายความร่วมมือและการสร้างความตระหนักถึงภัยออนไลน์ไปยัง ASEAN และ APEC
ทั้งนี้ตนได้เสนอให้ APEC และ ASEAN ให้ความสำคัญกับ “Interoperability” หรือความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกันอย่างแท้จริง ทั้งในด้านข้อมูล มาตรฐาน และกลไกความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงาน เพื่อสนับสนุนการรับมือกับภัยคุกคามข้ามพรมแดน โดยเฉพาะอาชญากรรมไซเบอร์และเครือข่ายหลอกลวงออนไลน์ที่มีความซับซ้อนมากขึ้น พร้อมทั้งสนับสนุนการดำเนินปฏิบัติการร่วมระหว่างประเทศสมาชิกให้เกิดผลเป็นรูปธรรม โดยประเทศไทยยึดมั่นในแนวทางความร่วมมือที่เปิดกว้าง เป็นกลาง และมุ่งคำนึงถึงผลประโยชน์สูงสุดของประชาชนและประเทศชาติเป็นสำคัญ
